Where we are required to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of the contract between us and you do not provide us with data when requested, we may have to cancel a product or service you have ordered, but if we do, we will notify you at the time.

We may have to share your personal data with the parties set out below:

DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

Your information is stored securely. We will not retain data that is no longer used or needed and will destroy in line with GDPR regulations. By law we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they cease being customers for tax purposes. In some circumstances you can ask us to delete your data: see below for further information. In some circumstances we may anonymise your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you. In the event of a data breach we will follow the Information Commissioner’s Office guidelines.

• Your right to data portability: You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.
